Drench is the perfect Full-Body H.I.I.T. format!
Drench starts with a 5 min warm up and then goes into four sweat-inducing sections. Each section has three fast-paced rounds with alternating strength and plyo/cardio moves. Drench concludes with a 10 minutes yoga-based stretch out. Along with teaching you the easy-to-format Drench workout, you will learn how to become a rockstar fitness instructor! We will go over good cueing and coaching as well as how to teach proper technique with safe modifications.
