SCF Kix 

SCF Kix is a full-body, interval kickboxing class that combines strength, cardio, and flexibility. 


Kix is simple to learn and easy to format. We break  the different punches and kicks until your technique is perfect. Then we give you the skills to teach your students. By the end of the training you will be ready to teach your first class... with or without a heavy bag!
